The flat with a large garden
The spacious flat (76 m²) is located on the first floor of a residential building, surrounded by a large garden. It has recently been lovingly renovated, with special attention paid to the use of local and sustainable materials. The modern and bright dining and living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny terrace are well equipped and offer space for a maximum of 6 people.

Near the Alpe di Siusi cable car
The cable car to the Alpe di Siusi can be reached in a few minutes by foot, the historic towns of Bolzano and Bressanone are both half an hour's drive away and thanks to our good connections to the public transport they can be reached easily.
Winter on the Alpe di Siusi
The Alpe di Siusi, Europe's largest high alpine pasture, situated on our doorstep, in winter offers many kilometres of ski slopes for the whole family, extensive cross-country skiing trails, several toboggan runs, a variety of opportunities for hiking and ski tours.
In Siusi and the neighbouring villages of Castelrotto and Fiè there are various events such as Christmas markets, as well as various opportunities for Törggelen, walking and ice skating.
In summer our guests can relax in our large garden. In addition, our unique location in the Dolomites offers a variety of leisure activities, such as recreation at the nearby Völser Weiher, walking trails, mountain bike routes, a golf course, various opportunities for hiking, mountain climbing and paragliding.

During your stay the Mobil Card allows you to travel anywhere in Alto Adige using public transportation for free.
Surcharges
For each additional person there is a charge of €15/day.
Children
Children under 2 years stay for free. A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning costs € 50 all-inclusive.
Local tax
The local tax is € 1.75 /person per night. Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure and will be collected on site.
Deposit
The deposit is 200€.
Payment
Payment methods by bank transfer or cash.
General
On the day of arrival your apartment is ready for use from 4 pm and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
50% of the deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation. The reservation can be cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date without any cancellation fee. Only 50% of the deposit will be retained. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival day or no-show must pay 50% of the total agreed price. Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full price.
